Domestic Shipping Policy / we ship domestically to the USA for free to all shipments. All domestic shipments are sent with tracking and signature confirmation, we don not ship any other way.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. (with exception to custom made orders which can take between one to two weeks (7 to 14 days)

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do offer international shipping to most countries in the world, international shipping is usually done through USPS express with full tracking which usually can take between one week to 3 weeks, depending on the custom and border control the shipping overload in the receiving country and the season as a delay is expected in the holidays seasons and occasional delay happens.

In case you need a faster shipping or a fully insured and trackable service with signature and delivery confirmation we can offer FedEx Express or DHL.
